Our story

Visiting Japan and getting to explore Japanese culture gave me a whole new viewpoint. It was between the people, their polished fashion, their lore, timeless architecture, and abundant nature where I found endless inspiration. All the newfound knowledge and inspiration stuck with me when I eventually headed home again. I knew I needed to find a way to carry those great memories and new learnings with me. Which led me to create Masahiko watches, where each watch represents a distinctive memory from their namesake city. That is where the Masahiko journey began.

Vision

I have never been one to shy away from a watch, and as the years went by, a nice watch became a staple part of my aesthetic. As I grew up, I grew more particular about the sort of watches I wanted – it was easy for me to envision my perfect watch, finding it was a harder task. I sat down in 2021 and decided to design my own watches with my newfound inspiration from Japanese cities.

Mission

The heart and soul of Masahiko lies in its effortless elegance. The very same grace that it borrows from the marvelous cities of Japan. Each watch is inspired by a different city - a firsthand witness of its beauty, that lives to tell the tale. The Masahiko watch is meticulous and seamlessly blends into your distinct aesthetic.
